THE ROLE
The Account Executive is a proactive individual eager to cut their teeth and get stuck into all areas of Experiential Marketing, with a particular focus on customer service and administration. With a keen desire to learn and a passion for the industry, the Account Executive will have the opportunity to work across a multitude of service areas, to include:
This role will begin by joining the project team for one of OBE’s biggest clients, delivering a large scale, major sporting campaign in summer 2026. You will be part of a team ensuring we provide a best-in-class service to our client’s customers. As a result, a significant proportion of your opening 6 months with the agency will be allocated to customer support. Beyond this initial campaign, as an Account Executive you will have involvement across all aspects of our services, providing a helping hand across all OBE’s teams: account, production and creative.
On a day-to-day basis you work collaboratively and creatively with your colleagues, suppliers and clients in order to help deliver high quality campaigns. Fresh thinking is part of our DNA, to bring disruptive and innovative ideas to all of our campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Executive role can be varied, and you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Customer Engagement – 50%
Account & Project Administration – 25%
Event Production Support – 25%

Contract: Permanent (January 2026 start)
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Location: Hybrid, London, minimum of 3 days a week in office / with your colleagues
Salary: £28,000
Holiday: 25 days annual leave (pro rata), Bank Holidays & time off in lieu for every weekend day worked
