Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Mercer Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will provide professional consulting and strategic account planning to clients on all their group insurance arrangements including implementation and ongoing maintenance.
We will count on you to:
- Provide Group Life and Salary continuance insurance consulting advice to a portfolio of Small to Medium corporate clients across Australia.
- Assist in the development and execution of new business opportunities within your current portfolio. Introduce other Mercer Marsh Employee Benefits and MMC products and services to clients.
- Working with various stakeholder in the business to manage the portfolio of the clients
- Ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation, and renewal reports.
- Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers, while seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records on all clients and adhere to the Company's quality practices and compliance policies.
What you need to have:
- Formal tertiary qualifications
- Preferably someone with RG146 qualification in risk management and superannuation (Tier 1 compliant)
- Demonstrated experience in group life and salary continuance insurance with an insurance company, consultant, or broker.
- Strong attention to detail/accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems.
- Undertake Company directed compliance training.
