To support this mission we are seeking an Account Executive to help drive new IDWatchdog business by targeting employers with greater than 5,000 employees. The IDWatchdog Account Executive is responsible for designing and executing an aggressive sales strategy to capture market share in the employee benefits space. Operating as an expert in both direct-to-employer and voluntary benefit broker channels, the goal is to drive business impact by positioning ID Watchdog as a critical solution for employer productivity, cyber-risk, and employee financial wellness.
What You’ll Do
Outbound strategically through multiple channels targeting key employers. Leverage personal networks, social selling (LinkedIn), and leverage Equifax’s thought leadership to create a "surround sound" to secure large employer leads.
Drive pipeline of Broker referrals through leading producers/consultants by articulating Equifax’s identity protection’s unique value to influence selection before the RFP is written.
Close-win deals by expanding the conversation from "voluntary perk" for employees to enterprise-wide solutions for higher productivity, direct employer-level savings and stronger cyber security.
Develop and execute a data-driven territory plan by utilizing our existing presence, broader EWS connectivity and your industry experience to identify high-probability targets.
Use Equifax metadata-driven reports as a strategic wedge to help HR/Benefits benchmark their workforces and/or help brokers grow their own books of business.
Diagnose workforce financial stress, productivity, recruitment and retention gaps. Translate detailed business requirements from the client to deploy solutions that solve employer’s specific P&L pains.
Maintain relentless focus on pipeline discipline, ensuring rigorous prospecting, sales cycle management, ACV maximization and proactive uplevelling of at-risk opportunities.
Partner with internal resources to deliver a unified "One Equifax" value proposition with every single close-won deal.
What Experience You’ll Need
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Employee Benefits, HR Tech, or financial wellness SaaS.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Connectivity with leading voluntary employee benefits brokers relationships, knowledge of the RFP selection process and ability to influence decision-makers.
Proven ability to close senior HR/Benefits decision makers with compelling value propositions, impact-highlighting demos and standout Finals presentations.
Proactive leads self-sourcing, consultative approach, C-suite presence, ability to highlight compelling value at both employer and employee level.

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $115,000. This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program at approximately 40%. The application window is anticipated to close on May 20, 2026.
