The Account Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Foodstuffs South Island Retail account team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business growth.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support the Foodstuffs South Island team and customers with day-to-day queries and requests for product information, availability and pricing, engaging with internal teams for responses.
Own the invoicing and credit process, engaging with the Finance team to resolve any pricing or invoice issues.
Manage accruals and budgeting, ensuring alignment to the annual operational plan and sales targets.
Collaborate with Category and Finance teams to implement price increases, ensuring internal alignment and assisting with external communication and loading of new pricing with customers.
Support the Sales and Marketing team with promotional planning, assisting with execution, and owning the promotional loading process on Demantra and customer portals.
Collaborate with and support Account Managers with quarterly reviews and Joint Business plans to drive business and customer growth.
Generate and manage customer sales trackers and Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports, communicating insights to the Sales team to enhance account performance.
Assist with managing customer orders, working closely with Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the database, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
About you:
FMCG related background is ideal
High commercial and sales acumen
Systems knowledge a plus: Tableau, BPCS, promotion evaluation tool, etc.
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in FMCG company.
Action-focused mindset with proven ability to deliver through others
Collaborates effectively across market and functional boundaries.
