Role Overview

The Account Executive is a customer‑focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role emphasizes agility, responsiveness, and relationship management. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their training needs are met with speed, accuracy, and care.

You will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Respond quickly to customer requests via phone and email, booking training accurately and updating CRM records.

  • Coordinate with training services and sales teams to deliver seamless experiences.

  • Own the client relationship, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Resolve customer concerns with agility, escalating when necessary, and ensuring issues are fully resolved.

  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM entries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all revenue bookings within assigned territory.

  • Ensure accurate entry of bookings and timely follow‑up with clients.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Provide first‑line response for pre‑ and post‑training customer concerns.

  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2–5 years of job‑related experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Customer service oriented, professional, and detail‑focused.

  • Agile and adaptable in fast‑moving environments.

  • Solid negotiation and listening skills.

  • Aviation background preferred but not required.

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

About the role:

Location: Orlando (St. Park South / Lake Nona) or Savannah

Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days per week in office

Travel: 15–20%
