Account Executive - AR

ARG - Neuquen Full time

Role Responsibilities 

• Identify and activate new points of sale in Chubut and Rio Negro, helping to grow the volume of our services in their locations.

• Achieve the targets for locations, transactions, and revenue in the assigned region.

• Interact with agents, activating and supporting them in the growth of all our products and services, maximizing sales opportunities.

• Build strong relationships of trust and fluid communication with clients. You will use your reporting skills to provide weekly reports and competitive analysis.

• Manage, control, and supervise all active agents, providing them with the support necessary for their proper operation.

• Availability for business travel (3 days).

Role requirements:

• At least two years of sales and B2C experience in retail channels and financial services companies.

• Negotiation and teamwork skills.

• The work environment requires autonomy and responsibility.

• Own vehicle in good condition. Includes a driver's license and vehicle ownership (required).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Shift  

Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. We believe this fosters common ways of working and supports how we execute initiatives for our customers. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
