What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business by prospecting, developing, and closing deals across Solera’s full suite of solutions.
  • Leverage cutting-edge sales technologies to manage your pipeline and maximize productivity throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to unlock revenue potential.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and meet or exceed quota targets.
  • Present Solera’s value proposition through compelling product demos, events, and targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and Support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Champion customer success and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of successful B2B software sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven track record of selling licenses or subscriptions to large, complex organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and C-suite.
  • Experience managing a sales territory and owning the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
