About the Team:
The Financial Services High Growth Account Management team owns a large and rapidly expanding portfolio of Enterprise and Mid Market clients across hedge funds, private equity firms, investment banks, and investment managers.
Account Managers operate as commercial owners, responsible for renewals, expansion, and adoption across a broad book of sophisticated financial services clients. The team is designed to operate at scale through clear ownership, disciplined execution, and repeatable operating rhythms.
The High Growth team partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps to deliver predictable growth while supporting clients in fast moving, high stakes environments.
About the Role:
The Director of Account Management, Financial Services High Growth, leads a team responsible for retaining and expanding AlphaSense across a large, fast growing portfolio of Financial Services customers.
This role exists to scale the High Growth business with discipline. You are expected to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to how the team manages renewals, expansions, and forecasting across a high volume book of business.
You will lead and develop a team of Account Managers while building the operating system that enables the segment to grow without adding unnecessary complexity. Success requires strong business judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands on leadership style grounded in data, coaching, and execution.
This is a high impact role with meaningful ownership and direct influence on AlphaSense’s Financial Services growth trajectory.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
