The Account Delivery Analyst provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Account Delivery Executive (ADE). This role ensures accurate reporting, documentation, and coordination of delivery activities, enabling the ADE to focus on client engagement, governance, and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly SLA dashboards, incident summaries, and service performance reports.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for compliance, governance, and client reviews.
- Track and consolidate financial data (costs, forecasts, NSSRs) for ADE review.
Operational Support
- Monitor incident, problem, and change records; ensure timely updates and closure.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to collect inputs for RCA and improvement reports.
- Maintain configuration and change logs for account transparency.
Client & Governance Support
- Assist in preparing client-facing presentations and account health packs.
- Document risks, issues, and mitigation actions for governance meetings.
- Support ADE in scheduling and coordinating account reviews and service meetings.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues in reporting and propose process improvements.
- Maintain knowledge base and reusable templates for reporting efficiency.
Required Skills And Experience
- Generally, requires a Bachelor's degree (in IT or other related field) and 3 years of related experience or 6 years of related experience and no degree.
- 5–7 years of experience in IT service delivery, operations, or reporting.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills; proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and comfortable working under structured governance.
