Job Summary

The Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our Locum Tenens teams. This position keeps operations moving by ensuring data integrity, managing workflows, and providing timely administrative and logistical support across placements. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, process‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where details matter and priorities shift quickly.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Support day‑to‑day operational activities related to jobs, provider placements, and internal systems
  • Create, audit, and maintain accurate records to ensure data consistency and compliance
  • Manage and track operational requests, issues, and cases through resolution
  • Coordinate documentation, updates, and process‑related tasks across multiple stakeholders
  • Assist with provider travel and logistics support as needed
  • Monitor dashboards, reports, and work queues to prioritize tasks and meet service‑level expectations
  • Partner closely with recruiting, sales, and operations teams to support overall business needs
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Experience in administrative, operations, coordination, or sales support roles
  • Critical‑thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and take action before escalation
  • Comfort working in systems, templates, dashboards, and process‑driven workflows
  • Clear written communication and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in staffing, healthcare, locum tenens, sales support, or operations is a plus

Qualifications

    Education & Years of Experience

    • High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of work experience in a Coordination role

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements

    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

      Pay Rate

      $19.00 - $22.50 Hourly

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
