Job Description & Summary
Key responsibilities:
Support the design and implementation of advisory projects in access to finance, economic development, investment, and institutional capacity building, particularly for public sector and donor-funded engagements.
Coordinate project activities, including work planning, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and input from internal teams and external experts.
Engage with government institutions, financial institutions, donors, implementing partners, and private sector stakeholders to collect information, validate findings, and support implementation.
Contribute to capacity-building and stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, training materials, and presentations.
Conduct economic analysis to support diagnostics, policy recommendations, and project delivery.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and other client deliverables.
Contribute to the development of strategic, policy, and operational recommendations related to financial sector development, private sector finance, private sector development, and economic recovery for international donors and public sector clients.
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions, and other business development materials.
Experience:
3+ years work experience in project design and/or implementation, particularly in such technical areas as: access to finance / investments / social and economic analysis / macro-economic analysis / institutional capacity building / strategy development / business analysis.
Experience working for a donor-funded entity or implementing partner preferred.
Experience in preparing tender or commercial proposals for international donor organisations or funds would be a plus.
Experience with Ukrainian government or financial institutions would be a plus.
Proven expertise in project management, planning and coordination.
Qualifications and skills:

University degree in finance, public administration, economics, law or related field.
Strong analytical skills.
Understanding of national social and economic context.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
Ukrainian - native/fluent, English - advanced/fluent (both oral and written).
