This pivotal role bridges strategic healthcare system shaping with impactful access execution. You will support the development and implementation of strategies to secure optimal access for Roche’s innovative solutions within the Philippine healthcare landscape. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders and navigating complex regulatory environments, you will contribute directly to improving patient outcomes across the nation.
What will you be working on:
As an Access Specialist, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Implementing comprehensive access plans aligned with both short-term and mid-term business objectives.
Analyzing local and national healthcare systems to identify trends and proactively shape environments for innovative solutions.
Partnering cross-functionally with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of access initiatives.
Engaging with APAC and Global Policy colleagues to align local strategies with international best practices.
Managing key healthcare system projects, such as the Centralized Lab Model for HPV Screening and Multi-Disease Testing initiatives.
Navigating the complexities of government bidding, health economics, and reimbursement landscapes.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to influence policy and expand diagnostic reach.
Who you are:
You are an access expert with a customer centric mindset and demonstrated team collaboration skill. Being analytical, precise, and result-oriented, you are capable of offering creative solutions and resolutions for internal and external stakeholders. You have:
A Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Economics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years or equivalent of experience in access, healthcare system shaping, sales, or research within the healthcare industry. Having diagnostic industry experience a plus
A deep interest in or understanding of the Philippine healthcare system, including regulatory and reimbursement pathways.
Exposure to Project Management and National Programme rollouts
Proven ability to drive and execute access strategies with a high degree of self-initiative.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence complex environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on compliance and ethical guidelines.
A collaborative "winning spirit" and the agility to adapt to a fast-changing healthcare market.
