POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Academy Development Coach will work within the Player Development department to ensure information is leveraged to advance development goals of minor league players at the Dominican Republic Academy. The position will work closely with Roving Coordinators, Academy Staff, and Baseball Analytics, to help inform decision making related to player plan goals. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, data-driven, open-minded, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
This position is seasonal, with full-time consideration for candidates with relevant experience.
