We're looking for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person to join our team as an AOD (Alcohol & Other Drug) Case Manager — someone who understands the importance of culture, connection, and community in healing.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our people—building trust, creating safe spaces, and helping participants find their own pathways forward. Your knowledge of culture and lived experience will be a guiding light in your work, supporting others in a way that is respectful, empowering, and grounded in Country.

Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, this is a permanent, part-time position offering 26.6 hours per week.
Facilitate individual and group sessions, case meetings, and advocacy
Provide warm referrals and collaborate with service providers and stakeholders
Support participants with appointments, treatment planning, and follow-ups
Contribute to cultural safety by sharing your knowledge with staff and building understanding
Carry out intake and assessments to identify each person’s strengths and needs
Help create space for connection—back to culture, family, and community

Qualifications (min. certificate IV) in community services, AOD, or similar
Demonstrated previous experience working in a similar position
Experience working with people who may not have English as a first language
In-depth knowledge of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culture
A national criminal history check (to be completed during the recruitment process)
NT Working with Children check is required prior to commencement
A current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
A current driver’s license
