ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide ongoing support to Region / Site Managers and front-line staff to drive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Participants. A key focus of this role is the provision of strong engagement and post placement support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers and employers to facilitate retention and sustained employment outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
TSA considers Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander decent as a genuine occupational qualification and is authorised under section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
Under s14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 we do not need to apply for an exemption from the Board, as we’ve got reasonable justification for why the services would be best provided by a First Nation’s person.
