Main Purpose of the Role
As an AASM, you are responsible for:

Driving Turnover and Market Share growth in your assigned area.
Building strong business partnerships with customers.
Ensuring operational excellence and brand presence in stores.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Strategy & Business Planning

Execute sales strategies and business plans.
Analyze sales execution and market trends.
Ensure in-store operational excellence.



Distributor Management

Design sales infrastructure and distributor support.
Set up reward and recognition systems.
Conduct distributor audits and manage contracts.



Team Development

Select and motivate distributor teams.
Build sales team capabilities and skills.
Implement reward and recognition systems.



Sales Analysis

Track and analyze sales execution.
Take corrective actions when necessary.
