Job Description:
RESPONSABILITIES:
The jobholder is responsible for Delivering on Time, Cost & Quality expected customer products through the supply of the parts and materials (LRUs/HTIs, consumables...) for the production activities in the plant for the A400M MRO Program:
Ensuring the availability of the work orders, parts and materials, form and quantity to fulfil the production plan.
Monitoring and following the progress of the production plan.
Defining and implementing the optimized logistics flows for the supply of components to the line.
Managing the organization, consolidation of heterogeneous service activities in the plant.
Ensuring the continuously development and implementation of improvement strategy. Focus on elimination of waste as reduction of costs of non-quality in service activities.
Ensuring close collaboration/aligment with the overall TOAR team located in Getafe, Sevilla, Manching and Wunstorf.
Operational Work Order management, processing the tasks in the system, - Material management: coordination with Material Services, Supply Chain and Quality Operations, Logistics and Quality to secure the arrival of parts OQOT to the shopfloor.
Secondary flow follow-up together with all stakeholders. Identification of risks and blocking points during this complex flow.
E2E Consumables management
Preparation and report of Missing Parts Status per MSN
Coordination and support of improvement projects across all sites and stakeholders part of the MFT (Multi-Functional Team), creating milestones and a proper follow-up to secure OQOTOC deliveries.
Lead the creation of the operative plant before the start of the A/C MRO activities and during the execution up to A/C delivery. Secure a proper interface with all MFT members.
Creation and improvement of main KPIs (Point Of Use, Future Missing Parts, repairs TAT, Workload-Capacity, ....)
Inform about production progress, including availability of materials and equipments, supporting the decision to adjust daily priorities based in the situation of all parameters affecting the workload.
The jobholder is responsible of the Production Control and planning management of a dock:
Managing & optimizing the activities under the scope of Production Control
Translating the Airbus strategy in a clear set of activities,
Identifying risks and opportunnitues ensuring operative plan and delivery of the aircraft.
Escalating blocking points and offering alternatives solutions.
Promoting the collaboration with the transverse teams and functions: Operations, Programs, Procurement, Customer Services and others.
All these activities will be in line with the Airbus Leadership Model and will contribute to increase Airbus profitability.
SKILLS:
Educated to degree level in Engineering
Experience in Production/MRO environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behavior.
Organized and structured.
Advanced level in English and Spanish
