Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain and evolve visual identity: layout, color, typography, iconography, and image style.
  • Translate the brand into practical systems (component libraries, templates, grids) that makes it easy to ship consistent work fast.
  • Ensure every touchpoint - from ads to dashboards - feels cohesive, premium, and intentional.
  • Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok ads.
  • Create UGC-style frames, overlays, and story/post templates.
  • Produce static and motion-ready assets, collaborating with editors/animators as needed.
  • Translate creative briefs and raw ideas into visually strong, testable variations (thumbnails, headline arrangements, CTAs, graphic treatments).
  • Iterate and refine designs based on performance data and feedback — not just aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and product team to design sections for landing pages and key flows (hero areas, pricing, comparison blocks, dashboards, etc.).
  • Support UI explorations for product moments that need extra polish (e.g., biomarker dashboards, “wow” states, empty states, onboarding screens).
  • Help keep our Figma or design system organized, documented, and usable.
  • Design visuals for lifecycle and content: email headers, in-app banners, educational graphics (e.g., biomarker explainers).
  • Create decks and visuals for investor, partner, and community presentations, making complex ideas feel simple and premium.
  • Support UGC production with template packs and clean systems creators can easily plug into.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Growth, Copywriter, and Product to align on priorities, timelines, and experiments.
  • Use design tools and AI tools together to speed up exploration while keeping a strong human eye for taste and quality.
  • Take feedback well, ask good questions, and own your projects from brief to final export.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of digital design experience, ideally in DTC, tech/SaaS, health/wellness, or high-growth startups.
  • A portfolio that clearly shows:
    ○ Ad creatives and social content (static, story formats, carousels, UGC overlays)
    ○ Landing page or web layouts
    ○ Strong typography, hierarchy, and visual systems
  • Fluent in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator at minimum); motion skills (After Effects/Premiere) are a big plus.
  • Familiarity with performance design, comfortable designing for CTR, CVR, and readability on small screens - not just for Dribbble shots.
  • Strong sense of composition, spacing, and simplicity - you can make complex information feels clean and premium.
  • Comfortable working with brand guidelines, but also helping to build and refine them.
  • Open to using AI tools for things like exploration, asset generation, resizing, or versioning - but you keep quality control firmly in your hands.
  • Thrive in a fast, handle quick iterations, shifting priorities, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Excellent visual communication in English; Spanish or German understanding is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Genuine interest in longevity, performance, and health optimization - you like the idea that your work helps people live better, longer lives.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
