Roche Diagnostics Operations, Inc. seeks a Process Owner, Planning Dia Cross-Functional Finance at its Indianapolis, IN location.
Duties: Collaborate with the respective Finance Business Partners, Process Owners (POs), team members, and stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant, and effective end to end processes for the global Finances Diagnostics Organization (FDO). Ensure process compliance with Roche's internal control framework (ICFR), Financial Guidelines, Accounting & Reporting (FGAR) and Diagnostic Guidelines (DIS). Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across all regions to identify, assess, and implement harmonization and simplification opportunities across global Finances Diagnostics Organization (FDO). Co-lead as a Process owner the Planning process enablement team representing the NAM region, focusing in core process that may include reporting, planning, inventory analysis. Co-Lead Digitalization processes and upscaling opportunities for FDOs planning portfolio with respective global business partners and aligned to the organization's financial ambitions. Align a global, harmonized planning timeline for the Global DIA Cross Functional scope and partners for the different Yearly planning events in the organization. Supporting internal legal entity in the financial domain as main controller to ensure information is centralized and correct for planning events, accounting month end and year end close. Support Planning related global processes from Diagnostics for the upcoming implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Manager launch for a new standardized solution across all Diagnostics areas. Develop strong liaison with other Finance teams such as Legal Entity finance, Non-Core restructuring processes and business areas for planning process improvement. Establish the long-term and short-term initiatives to prioritize for execution of a successful Diagnostics Planning roadmap. Provide guidance for the financial planning submission process and best practices to different interested parties across the finance organization. Co-lead the harmonization and simplification of the cost center allocation cycle process for planning. May telecommute up to 2 days per week.
Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as Accountant, Auditor, or related Finance position

The expected annual salary range for this position based on the primary location for this position of Indiana is $116,600 to $182,000 per year. Actual pay within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
