WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
In this role, you will:
Participate in implementation of the innovative electronic on-the-job training (eOJT) application at the Pfizer Sanford site.
Work cross-functionally supporting different departments with authoring of eOJTs.
Project manage transition from paper OJTs to eOJT.
Manage eOJT project metrics and present data for management review.
Create and coach SMEs to develop eOJT training materials, enhancing site performance.
Maintain knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and stay updated on regulatory and compliance issues.
Manage technology and resources for effective technical training delivery.
Investigate learning gap deviations, recommend solutions, and propose training improvements for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR Must-Have an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Solid understanding of GMP and Regulatory Training compliance.
Experience in Technical Training Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Secondment 12 months

Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
Note: This secondment offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth. It will need to be funded by the secondee’s home market.
