Role Overview  

Taiwan Finance team is a finance business partner for Coupang Taiwan. We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) focusing on Central Finance domain.

  

What You Will Do 

• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis: Manage all aspects of financial analysis including developing company-wide annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and gap analysis

• Deep-dive analysis: Generate data-driven insights through analysis to help guide senior level decision making

• Point of contact for Taiwan business: Understand business issues and developments and work with business stakeholders to drive corrective action where necessary

• Partnering with corporate finance: Work with Corporate FP&A in Global HQ to provide key developments in the business and communicate insights to senior management

• Accurate management reporting: Ensure management reporting reflects the organization structure and responsibilities, driving accountability and clarity of ownership

• Reporting tools development: Develop management reporting tools and systems to efficiently deliver meaningful information to the leadership team

  

Basic Qualifications  

•  
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)
• Central FP&A experience (Corporate financial planning and reporting)
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment
• Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation
• SAP and Excel skills
• Good communication skill in English

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
• SQL proficiency
