The Opportunity:


As a CACI AOPTS 2 333 Project Training, Administrative, and Financial Analyst, you will support coordination of training requirements and execute of multiple 333 Projects Deliverables in support of USAFRICOM J591 and the CACI Program Management Office (PMO), and as required with USMARFOR/AF, USNAVAF, and other component commands, under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. You will orchestrate deploying personnel to meet all deployment and administrative requirements. You will work closely with the Functional Group Lead (FGL), Program Manager (PM), and the PMO in ensuring EACs and funding forecasting is accurate and current and ensure reporting requirements are IAW Task Order (TO) and CACI compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight for FFP EACs, monthly financial reporting, government financial reporting, and CACI (Project, Program, and Corporate) financial reporting requirements.

  • Familiar with the CACI Procurement and Acquisition Process(es) and work closely with the FGL and the Operations and Logistics Coordinator.

  • Coordinates and tracks training logistics requirements (e.g., training venues, vendor support (e.g., car, driver, interpreter, etc.), etc.), including conducting coordination with in-country vendors, and compiles and standardizes training materials, such as course curriculums, certificates, and training aids.

  • Tracks and reports on deployment requirements (e.g., APACS, visas, Chrome River, etc.)

  • Oversight of Training and Financial Deliverables and ensure they are compliant IAW AOPTS 2 TO and the Program Management Plan (PMP).

  • Coordination with USAFRICOM, USMARFOR/AF, USNAVAF and various US Embassies in Africa

  • As necessary, communicate with USAFRICOM, USMARFOR/AF, USNAVAF, component commands, various US Embassies in Africa and other USGOV entities, and African Partner Nation (PN).


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Must be familiar with and have worked on Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts with an understanding of the unique and critical processes of these types of contracts.

  • Current Secret clearance, and ability to obtain a Top Secret, if required.


Desired:

  • Staff experience at a battalion (BN) or higher command, and/or including Joint, Service, and/or Combatant Command.

  • Experience with USAFRICOM, its area of responsibility (AOR), and/or component commands work the staff and/or command level

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
