The Opportunity:


As a CACI AOPTS 2 333 Project Operations and Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate and execute operational oversight of multiple 333 Projects operations and logistics, incorporating property management needs in support of USAFRICOM, USMARFOR/AF, USNAVAF, other component commands, and the CACI Program Management Office (PMO) for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) efforts. You will orchestrate and support actions for the procurement of USAFRICOM and components equipment and training aids for 333 Project Deliverables including sourcing, procuring, shipping and delivery. You will coordinate operational requirements with the PMO and USAFRICOM and component commands and ensure Task Order compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts coordination between vendors, CACI, in-country CACI personnel, customer(s), and the in-country US government (USGOV) entities for delivery and turn-over to USGOV through tracking and accounting process(es), including delivery paperwork (DD Form 1149).

  • Familiar with the CACI Procurement and Acquisition Process(es).

  • Familiar with the CACI subcontracting and P2P Process(es).

  • Must be able to provide property management and accountability through a formalized property shipping and tracking process to the Functional Group Lead (FGL), Program Manager (PM), and the PMO. 

  • Ensure all equipment complies with USGOV and CACI export control, ensure any contract procurements comply with International Trade and Arms Regulation (ITAR), and when necessary, coordinate with the CACI International Business Office (IBO).

  • Conducts operational oversight and tracking process of Task Order (TO) Reporting Requirements, including but not limited to weekly Situational Reports (SITREPSs), monthly (IPR, Equipment Accountability, Deliverables, etc.), and out of cycle requirements.

  • Oversight of Deliverables and ensure they are compliant IAW AOPTS 2 TO and the Program Management Plan (PMP).

  • As necessary, communicate with USAFRICOM, USMARFOR/AF, USNAVAF, component commands, various US Embassies in Africa and other USGOV entities, and African Partner Nation (PN).


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or 15 years of relevant experience.

  • Must be familiar with and have worked on Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts with an understanding of the unique and critical processes of these types of contracts.

  • Familiar with the government foreign military sales (FMS) process and procurement of goods and services.

  • Current Secret clearance, and ability to obtain a Top Secret, if required.


Desired:

  • Staff/logistics experience at a battalion (BN) or higher command, and/or including Joint, Service, and/or Combatant Command.

  • 2 years of experience with USAFRICOM, its area of responsibility (AOR), and/or component commands work the staff and/or command level

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,800 - $199,700
