Internship Program Overview:  

Our Interns are our talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Project Title:
Process integration

Project Objective:

40nm Product Yield Improvement

Project Description:

The goal of this project is to analyze and improve product yield by identifying key process integration challenges and implementing targeted solutions. The intern will work closely with integration and yield engineering teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce defect-related yield loss.

Project Outcome:

  • Hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration and yield engineering
  • Exposure to advanced data analytics tools and statistical methods for yield improvement
  • Understanding of cross-functional collaboration between integration, yield, and manufacturing teams
  • Development of problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science & Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, Python preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
