Project Title:

Knowledge Learning System Development for Semiconductor Etch Process Team

Project Objective:

The Etch Process Team is focused on optimizing semiconductor etching processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we aim to develop a robust knowledge learning system that leverages data analytics to address existing issues and streamline operations. This project will support our data scientist in analyzing our issue database and generating actionable insights.

Project Description:

Interns will gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing environment. They will work closely with our data scientist and etch process engineers to support various aspects of the project. The job scope includes:

• Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets related to etch process issues

• Using advanced analytics tools and machine learning techniques to identify patterns and root causes

• Developing and evaluating predictive models to improve process stability and yield

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and provide data-driven insights

• Assisting in the creation of a knowledge learning system to document and share best practices and solutions

Project Outcome:

Through this project, the intern will gain valuable experience in semiconductor manufacturing and data analytics. They will develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enhance their programming abilities, and learn to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

The company will benefit from improved process understanding and the development of a comprehensive knowledge learning system that can be used to train new employees and optimize operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE), Information Technology, Data Science, or related disciplines

• Strong theoretical knowledge of data analytics and machine learning

• Proficiency in Python programming

• Skills in data manipulation and visualization

• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus
