Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Salesforce Sales and/or Service Clouds to develop, customize, and enhance functionalities.
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs within Salesforce applications and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in debugging and resolving technical issues in Salesforce.
Ability to adapt to different work contexts, including project work and production support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
