Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting and analyzing business flows for our Nido and Livensa brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current and future state processes, ensuring alignment with product, technology, and customer journey goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Documenting Business Flows:
Capture as-is end-to-end business flows for both Nido and Livensa.
Map to-be flows in alignment with Product/Tech objectives and the desired customer journey.
Document differences between current and future processes, identifying areas for convergence and improvement.
Support mapping of system interactions (MEWS, StarRez, Flywire, CRM, CMS, etc.) at a business-logic level.
Address gaps in existing documentation to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Consolidate findings into service design documentation, creating a single source of truth.
Document business rules, roles, dependencies, and existing operational KPIs.
Validation:
Validate business flow requirements across various departments including finance, data, legal, compliance, operations, and property management.
Ensure alignment of to-be processes with project goals, technology roadmap, and regulatory requirements.
Confirm that business flows and operational requirements meet desired customer journeys and experiences.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with Integration and IT teams within business units to ensure effective communication and implementation.
Engage with Operations, Support, and Property Managers to extract operational truths and insights.
Build consensus and manage differing perspectives across business units to drive alignment.
Workshops and Change Management:
Lead and facilitate design workshops to define future state (to-be) processes.
Translate defined business processes into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Support change management initiatives by preparing training, documentation, and rollout plans.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business process analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
Familiarity with relevant technologies and systems (e.g., MEWS, StarRez, Flywire, CRM, CMS) is a plus.
Experience in change management and training development is desirable.
