Job Objective:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive NGL Scheduler to support the coordination and execution of Natural Gas Liquids movements across pipelines, truck, and storage assets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate scheduling of NGL products while working closely with marketing, operations, and third-party partners.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate the movement of NGL products (ethane, propane, butane, natural gasoline) across various transportation modes
- Interface regularly with pipelines, third- party partners, and operations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal product positioning
- Confirm nominations and resolve scheduling discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of volumes, movements, and transactions
- Collaborate with marketing to align logistics with commercial strategies
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, minimizing disruptions
- Prepare and distribute daily and monthly scheduling reports

Qualifications:
- Two (2) years minimum experience in NGL scheduling, logistics, or midstream operations
- Strong understanding of pipeline systems and transportation logistics
- Familiarity with NGL products, industry terminology, and scheduling processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling/tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with pipeline nomination systems and scheduling software
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation and loss/gain tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, energy management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
