Summary

Pratt & Whitney Aftermarket Supply Chain is seeking to fill the position of 24K Repair Supply Chain SIOP Lead. This position will lead the repair demand/capacity management process for 24K engine components. This individual will be responsible for managing the repair demand profile and capacity management process across 24K repair components, clearly communicating to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.  The person in this role will identify repair delivery risks and coordinate will full cross functional team to drive mitigation activities to ensure the repair network is set up to support delivery.

A successful candidate will demonstrate to plan and implement strategic projects that will drive value within the program. The ability to meet or exceed plans with full compliance to the passport process will be key. Must have strong focus on results, forward thinking and analytical competencies. Should have strong customer/supplier relationship background experience and possess strong program management skills to drive lean initiatives across the department.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide leadership, coaching and oversight of the team responsible for accurate forecasts of repaired parts.

  • Daily management of repair forecast demand profiles across the network taking into account all network learnings and activities.

  • Daily management of capacity profiles across the supply base, allowing for proactive identification and mitigation of components with delivery risks.

  • Actively engage in key program, engineering and material related program reviews, and ensure program strategies are included in forecast and capacity models. 

  • Manage business process for repair capacity management and repair SIOP, including supporting development and integration of new digital technology projects to support and simplify efforts.

  • Development of leading indicators to proactively identify repair capacity risks.

  • Interaction between Repair Sourcing, Materials Management, Customer Serviceable Assets (CSA), IPMT, AIPT, CAIPT will be required on an as needed basis to support repair SIOP goals and initiatives.

  • Prepare and present regular updates to executives

  • Ensure compliance with all Export/Ethics, corporate policies, and other initiatives

  • Expected travel: 10% (Must have or be capable of obtaining a valid US passport to support travel as needed)

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience OR an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include any of the following:

  • Experience leading teams

  • Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, Business Development, Commercial Aftermarket

  • Experience in project management and/or business process management 

  • Demonstrated ability in collaborating with customers and suppliers. 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. 

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business

  • Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills-cross functionally and up to executive level. 

  • Experience with P&W Procurement Systems and Standard Work. 

  • Experience working within the GTF aftermarket network 

  • Some engineering or relevant technical background 

  • Influential leadership skills for the purpose of driving business results.

  • Aerospace product knowledge (processes, manufacturing techniques, quality requirements) & forecasting experience. 

  • SAP experience with a focus on purchasing/related document flow.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
