The Opportunity:
Join the Fusion Analysis and Development Effort (FADE) as our 24/7 User Support and System Specialist Supervisor where your Military or Intelligence Community experience becomes mission-critical.  We need you to manage a team that keeps our vital Intelligence Applications running smoothly around the clock!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a 5-person team including personnel management tasks like timesheets, performance reviews, hiring support, etc.

  • Create 24/7 Shift Schedule and manage staff coverage and any leave.

  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to Intelligence professionals using your operational Intelligence Community knowledge

  • Solve Problems in real-time through first-line troubleshooting of software issues

  • Support Mission-critical Systems 24/7 through rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

  • Bridge the Gap between users and developers with your intelligence expertise

  • Monitor and Maintain multiple security domains and applications including MIST, Watchbox, Intelbook, Linx, Reports, Sheets, and Drive


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph

  • 5+ years of Military or Intelligence Community experience with expertise in at least one intelligence discipline

  • Customer Service Mindset

  • Outstanding Problem-Solving Abilities and Communication Skills

  • Flexibility for 24/7 Shift Rotations covering nights, weekends, and holidays

Desired:

  • Experience with Grafana, Kibana or similar monitoring tools

  • Familiarity with FADE Applications

  • Software Testing Experience

  • Security+ certification

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
