Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager (M/F) to join our Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France.
As the Supplier Account Manager you will be the internal representative focal point on the 24/7 suppliers/vendors contractual support to Airbus Customers and Airbus Business Lines (Satair, FHS, A220).
Be the Airbus representative and manage relationship with suppliers/vendors on the support & services perimeter.
Your challenges:
1) Be the Supplier Account Management focal point for 24/7 supplier support to Airlines and Customers
Analyze Airlines and Airbus feedback from the annual Airbus supplier rating survey to identify suppliers most frequently cited negatively or not meeting the 24/7 AOG support contractual terms
Investigate these gaps with Supplier Managers and ensure that supplier improvement plans address 24/7 Airlines and Customers issues
Represent Supplier Account Management in the 24/7 Global Support meetings
2) Be the Lead Supplier Account Management for 24/7 supplier support toward the Airbus Business Lines (Satair, FHS, A220)
Investigate with Supplier Managers the gaps identified by Airbus Business Lines regarding suppliers’ 24/7 AOG support
Ensure that supplier improvement plans address 24/7 Airbus Business Lines issues
Represent Supplier Account Management in the 24/7 Global Support meetings with Airbus Business Lines
3) Manage the contractual conditions for Support to the Airlines
Negotiate supplier support conditions in order to protect Airlines and Airbus interest for support activities (such as but not limited to Spares price, GMTBUR, GDMC..)
Act in escalation on customer issues and contribute to communication and events with customers
Control and run every year spares price variation
4) Be the customer services representative for Procurement transversal team:
Be the primary customer services focal point for Procurement transversal teams and contribute to its strategy
Integrate customer services (on the overall support & services perimeter) view in Call for Tender selection reports
Support procurement projects
5) Manage the governance & escalation with Aftermarket suppliers
Contribute to Procurement Senior Management Meeting and Organize customer services Senior Management Meeting
Drive Supplier Support Rating and associated improvement plan for Airlines and Airbus
Lead escalation to supplier on specific topics

Supply management: Proven experience in contract management (especially Service Level Agreements - SLAs) and advanced negotiation skills related to complex support conditionsStrategic Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, airlines, etc) to drive collaborative performance improvement plans,
Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate clearly complex technical and contractual issues audiences, conduct high-level governance meetings, and effectively represent Airbus interests in both routine and escalated scenarios,
