Responsibilities belonging to the Function：
1. Manage the expectations and progress of experiments to ensure that they yield results that meet the experimental objectives within the planned timeframe.
管理试验的预期与进程，确保试验在计划时间内能得出满足试验目的的结果；
2. Plan and allocate experiments reasonably based on personnel and equipment utilization.
根据人员与设备的利用率合理地规划并分配试验
3. Coordinate resources and assist team members in completing their assigned experiments.
协调资源并协助成员完成其所分配的试验
4.Develop new experimental methods or new testing equipment, and maintain existing testing programs (LabVIEW/PLC).
开发新的试验方法或者新的测试设备，并维护现有的测试程序（LabVIEW/PLC）
5.Support future experimental needs and actively optimize experimental processes, methods, or testing equipment.
支持未来的试验需求，积极优化试验流程和方法，或者测试设备
6.Manage laboratory 6S and safety. Supervise members to maintain a good testing environment.
管理实验室6S及安全，监督成员维持一个良好的测试环境
Deployment：
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering. 3+ years of experience in a testing lab.
机电一体化、电气或自动化工程本科及以上学历。3年以上测试实验室工作经验
2.Experience in CAD software,such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, etc, experience on similar product, motors and brakes is a plus.
有CAD软件使用经验，如SolidWorks、SolidEdge等，具备类似产品（电机和离合器等）经验优先考虑
3.Basic knowledge of PLC or LabVIEW logic, able to perform maintenance and troubleshooting (deep programming skill is NOT mandatory).
具备PLC或LabVIEW逻辑的基础知识，能进行维护和故障排查（不强制要求深度编程能力）
4.Good reading and writing English.
较好的英语读写能力
5.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and willing to work hands-on.
