The 2027 Graduate Development Program Information Technology (IT) at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is designed to support the development of emerging professional talent.
RBA IT powers Australia’s critical payments, supports whole‑of‑government banking, and moves banknotes with robotics — driving innovation at the heart of the nation’s financial system.

Requirements
You must be completing or have recently completed a degree with strong academic achievement in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
You must also be an Australian permanent resident or citizen or hold New Zealand citizenship at the time of application.
