As a Tax Summer Intern – Transfer Pricing, you will be:
Performing and reviewing financial benchmarking analyses
Participating in functional analysis interviews and assisting with preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports
Supporting the team in drafting client deliverables, including reports, memoranda, presentations, and financial analyses
Assisting with financial data review and computation of financial adjustments
Building a foundational understanding of U.S. transfer pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines
Conduct research and analysis to support international tax transfer pricing strategies for clients
Participating in client interactions via calls, meetings, and email communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing quality service and addressing their needs and concerns
Work closely with senior team members to identify and resolve transfer pricing issues
We are currently looking for an intern to join the Tax practice for the start date of June 2026.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
0-2 years recent public accounting experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
150-Date/Final Graduation of December 2026 through September 2027
Basic understanding of transfer pricing concepts related to intellectual property
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
Strong MS Excel and MS Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Managing multiple client engagements with strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrating eagerness to learn, including asking questions and seeking feedback
