  • Workforce Management Analytics supports performance and capacity planning by enabling forecasting, modeling, and workforce optimization across contact centres and operational teams.
  • Control Monitoring & Data Testing evaluates the effectiveness of operational controls by using data-driven testing, automated monitoring, and analytical routines aligned with risk and compliance standards.

What will you do?

Depending on your placement, you may:

  • Build or enhance automation scripts, data pipelines, dashboards, or applications supporting operational teams.
  • Analyze large datasets and translate findings into insights for decision-making, reporting, or performance monitoring.
  • Support the testing, documentation, and improvement of technical solutions, data assets, or business-critical applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and assist with enhancements aligned to system stability, resiliency, and control effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with technology and business partners to deliver data-driven, scalable, and efficient solutions.
  • Contribute to process digitization, analytics routines, control monitoring, or model development depending on your assigned team.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel and at least one programming or query language (e.g., SQL, Python, Java, NET, VBA).
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment with occasional remote work as required.
  • Available to work a 7.5-hour day, Monday to Friday, with hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., depending on business requirements and team schedules.

Nice-to-have (varies by placement):

  • Experience with data visualization or automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with databases, data engineering concepts, or cloud technologies.
  • Exposure to software development practices, application support, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) written and spoken.

Please note:

  • This is a primarily in-person role. Remote-only arrangements may be available for select positions based on team and business needs.
  • To be eligible for these student positions, you must either:
    • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
    • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component to graduate successfully.

Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying - candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.
