Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Consumer Insights & Measurement Analytics Intern for Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

Channel & Social Analytics

  • Assist manager in managing channel analytics & analyzing social buzz/ sentiment on major park campaign or event

  • Consolidate, analyze and summarize social buzz, sentiments and netizens’ discussion on key HKDL topics. 

  • Extra and consolidate data from different channel proprietary analytic tools to understand channel performance.

Commercial integration & Research

  • To assist Manager & Senior Analyst in data/intelligence consolidation to facilitate meaningful business diagnostic

  • Partner with managers to be the radar of market dynamic of different origins. Coordinate with various parties to consolidate and analyze data from different sources, covering primary research, industry data, corporate-wide data to assist manager / analysts to identify changes in macroeconomic phenomenon, consumer sentiment, guests’ in-resort consumption pattern, guests’ feedback on park & resort product and promotion.

  • Assist in primary research preparation logistic covering questionnaire design, programming, interviewer briefing, data processing specification preparation and data checking once data tabulation is ready.

  • Consolidate and update the essential data for weekly KPI discussion.

Advance analytics

  • Support and provide thoughts on advance modelling data input which will result in meaningful output, ensure intact data quality to avoid garbage-in-garbage-out Involved in data interpretation to identify leading indicators for strategy planning, budget optimization and headwind for risk mitigation.

Requirements:

  • Current university students graduating after 2026, majoring in Marketing, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Social Sciences, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or other related discipline.

  • Knowledgeable to facilitate data consolidation or visualization tools, such as Excel (VBA), Tableau, Power BI, with some knowledge on Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics is preferable.

  • Knowledgeable in statistics and Python is preferrable.

  • Good understanding of Market Research with a strong technical skillset in both quantitative and qualitative analysis

  • Internship experience in China e-Commerce sector is preferrable.

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 

  • Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney

  • Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR

  • Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2026.

  • Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage
