The opportunity:
Joining Roche as a Pharma Technical Summer Intern is about more than just gaining work experience; it’s an invitation to think boldly and commit to improving the field of medicine within a world-class global organization. Based in Mississauga, this role offers undergraduate students a unique front-row seat to the core Technical Operations (PT) essential for manufacturing life-saving treatments. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines—you’ll be actively engaged in process implementation, project management, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive real business productivity and profitability.
Through various project rotations, you will gain a 360-degree view of the pharmaceutical lifecycle, with potential assignments in Global Supply Chain, Quality, Biologics Manufacturing, and Strategy & Engineering, among others. Under the guidance of expert mentors, you will help design systems, meet critical project timelines, and collaborate across international teams. This internship is designed to sharpen your self-management and organizational skills, allowing you to build a strong professional foundation while directly contributing to Roche's mission of delivering what patients need next.
Who you are:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Operations, Business, Policy or related disciplines..
Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail including the ability to accomplish a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a proactive, positive and constructive manner
Proven critical thinking and creativity skills; solve problems by applying technical and functional experiences
Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a passion working within the pharmaceutical industry
Additional Information:
Location: Hybrid, Based in Mississauga (minimum 3 days in the office)
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Internship
Length: This position is a 4 months internship (full-time 35 hours per week), and is expected to begin in May 2026.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57 416,00 and 75 358,50 of hiring range.
