2026 Summer Intern - Near Patient Care, Sales Operations

Department Summary

The Near Patient Care Franchise at Roche Diagnostics is breaking records, growing share, and launching new products in 2026. This internship position is located in Indianapolis, IN, On-site

The Opportunity

  • The Intern will work directly with the Sr. Sales Ops Manager and Sales Ops Specialist to condense and prioritize reporting, provide analytics on the reports and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to improve processes.

  • Final presentations of project work to senior leaders.

  • Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinate program events and initiatives.

Program Highlights

  • Intensive 12 week (40 hours per week) paid internship  

  • Program start dates are in May/June 2026

  • A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. 

  • Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

  • Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.

  • Participate in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities

  • Access to on-site fitness and wellness center (subject to change)

Who You Are (Required) 

  • Must be pursuing or have attained an Associate's Degree

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).

Required majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Healthcare Administration

Required skills: 

  • Understanding of Salesforce.com and Tableau

  • Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Google Tools

  • Desire GPA 3.0 or higher

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.

  • Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Google Suite of Tools

  • Desire GPA 3.0 or higher

  • Understanding of Salesforce.com and Tableau (preferred but not a must)

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. 

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of  Indianapolis, IN is $21-$26 hour.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
