A Day in Your Life at MKS: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support the HR department. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all HR processes, including people partnering, recruitment and admin within a dynamic and people-focused environment.

  • Prepare and organize documentation for new hires, including offer letters and administrative onboarding forms.
  • Updating job descriptions and organizational charts based on changes communicated by the team.
  • Maintain the employee’s data base up to date.
  • Consolidating feedback from internal surveys (e.g., Employee Engagement survey) and preparing summaries for the HR team.
  • Assisting in the organization of well-being, internal recognition initiatives (e.g., anniversaries, internal events, all hands) and learning initiatives.
  • Support for recruitment team
     

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Interest in recruitment, talent branding, and HR processes.
     

Skills

  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools;
  • Capability of developing strong team relationships via interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsiveness and resilient attitude.
