2026 Summer Environmental Intern who will assist in a variety of environmental tasks that support the company’s commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Job Description:
 

Essential Duties:

  • Assist with the gathering and analysis of environmental data.
  • Manage environmental GIS data.
  • Help prepare permits and assist in ensuring compliance.
  • Collect, process, and report environmental data.
  • Support the daily operations ensuring environmental compliance.

Other duties:

  • Maintain land and property database.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations (MLMC supplied training).
  • Knowledge and understanding of computer technology and software applications. (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • General understanding of electronic surveying equipment.
  • Knowledge in ArcGIS Pro.

Education and Training:

Prefer a minimum of two years of undergraduate studies in Geosciences.  Will consider applicants majoring in Natural Resource & Environmental Conservation or Forestry, Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture.
