2026 Summer Environmental Intern who will assist in a variety of environmental tasks that support the company’s commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance.
Job Description:
Essential Duties:
- Assist with the gathering and analysis of environmental data.
- Manage environmental GIS data.
- Help prepare permits and assist in ensuring compliance.
- Collect, process, and report environmental data.
- Support the daily operations ensuring environmental compliance.
Other duties:
- Maintain land and property database.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations (MLMC supplied training).
- Knowledge and understanding of computer technology and software applications. (Word, Excel, etc.).
- General understanding of electronic surveying equipment.
- Knowledge in ArcGIS Pro.
Education and Training:
Prefer a minimum of two years of undergraduate studies in Geosciences. Will consider applicants majoring in Natural Resource & Environmental Conservation or Forestry, Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture.
