Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The successful candidate will support interaction with internal teams regarding all real estate related requests. This position will be responsible for understanding business requirements and interaction with Corporate Real Estate and third-party vendors, as well as providing proposals/solutions that address stakeholder needs.

What will you do?

  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal groups and a partner to RBC’s Corporate Real Estate teams.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and other materials (i.e. playbooks, templates, meeting minutes).
  • Capture and analyze real estate portfolio data to support leadership team with client discussions
  • Perform all other assigned duties.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree candidate
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to convert large data sets of data and knowledge into clear and concise solutions with feedback from multiple users.

Nice-to-have

  • Finance & Accounting skills
  • Knowledge of RBC’s organizational structure
  • Good understanding of the Project Management Framework
  • Prior Real Estate experience

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2026 Student placement with a start date of May 2026, and end date of August 2026. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2026 ; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2026), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
