As a Management Trainee, you will partner with the Electronics Team in Product Marketing, new projects, customer support, market assessment with industry trends. You will gain comprehensive insights into various functions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Product Expertise
Gain understanding of the products in the Electronics product portfolio.
New Projects
A key project / growth initiative goal will be assigned.
At the end of internship, prepare a detailed report on the project completion
Market Assessment & Analysis
Market assessment of the products, market requirements and applications.
Prepare a detailed report of the market assessment, technology trends
Key Competency
Chemical or Electroplating Engineer (B.E. / B.Tech.)
MBA or equivalent degree would be added advantage.
Basic knowledge of computers, proficient in MS office (Excel, word, Power point)
Good Presentation skills
Good communication skills
