Join us as a Server Hardware Engineer Summer Intern on our Infrastructure Solutions Group Engineering Development team in Taipei to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
As a Server Hardware Engineer Summer Intern, you will join the product development process with the team and understand the connection and relationship between system and server products. You will have a chance to engage with multiple function experts to touch and learn cross function communication and leading threads.
In the 1-year program, you will rotate to two teams every six months across Hardware, Signal Integrity, Systems Development, FPGA, DC-to-DC power, Portfolio Board Engineering and Portfolio System Engineering teams. Through the internship program, you will gain a broader engineering view and build up the skills, perspectives, and connections enabling you to become a solution architect or engineer leader in your career.
You will:
Learn to design, validate and document in Hardware projects (Electrical or Firmware Engineering)
Learn about how Peripheral product working stand along or connection with system from design perspective then understand what-how of Dell products
Contribute to the development of new features for Dell products, bringing innovative ideas into real-world applications.
Broaden your professional experience, shift perspectives, and uncover new possibilities for your future career path.

Essential Requirements
Hold active student identity in Bachelor or Master’s program in Electrical Engineering and will graduate in 2026/2027; can fully attend the internship between 2026/6/23 to 2026/8/21
Preliminary understanding of Hardware (Electrical) or Firmware knowledge.
Genuine interest in developing Dell server products across multiple engineering domains: Hardware, Firmware and collaborating across functions
Interested in joining teams and taking tasks with engineering function leaders.
Good communication skill with fluent English and Mandarin Chinese
Desirable Requirements
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
Capability to influence others to achieve results
