Role Description
Summer Analysts focusing on Private Capital Markets at FT Partners plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s relationships with the investor universe and executing on capital raise and M&A processes. Summer Analysts supporting PCM will concentrate on developing and maintaining the tools critical to strengthen this network and improve deal execution for our clients.
In support of the firm’s capital markets efforts, Summer Analysts in this role will collect and utilize market data to improve investor targeting efforts and assist in new investor discovery to expand our network. They will assist in the creation of marketing and other materials to help improve connectivity with investors. In addition, there will be a focus on building the internal infrastructure and robust datasets necessary to enable us to provide better solutions for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work side by side with senior bankers and other groups within the firm in an entrepreneurial and collaborative team environment.

The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $100,000/year. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
