Job Description

◼ 担当する試験及び施設において、パフォーマンスとコンプライアンスに説明責任を持つ。

◼ 施設との強固な関係を構築し、それを試験全フェーズを通じて保持する。

◼ ICH-GCP、SOP、規制要件及び関連文書を遵守して施設のマネジメント及びモニタリングを行う。

◼ 施設選定フェーズ

✓試験の目的やプロトコール概要等を理解する。

✓ 適切な施設を選定し、チームと情報を共有する。

✓ 治験契約書及び症例単価の観点からも施設を評価する。

◼ 治験開始フェーズ

✓ IRB申請、契約締結業務を完了し、治験薬搬入を行う。

✓ 施設スタッフが適切にトレーニングされていることを確認する／スタートアップMtg.を行う。

✓ 原資料及び組み入れ手順について施設スタッフと協議する。

✓ Dr. と精度の高いエンロールメントプランを作成する。

◼ 試験中

✓ Dr.と良好な関係を構築し、適格な症例の組み入れを促進する。

✓ エンロールメントプランに従った症例組み入れ、及びリテンションを管理、促進する。

✓ データの完全性と主要評価項目にフォーカスしたモニタリングを担保する。

✓ 症例の組み入れや適格性について、チームと情報を共有する。

✓ EDCの入力期限を遵守し、データベース固定（DBL）に間に合わせる。

◼ 治験終了フェーズ

✓ 必須文書の最終リコンシリエーション確認、治験薬の返却管理を行う。
