About the role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Summer Intern to support our Network Operations team with critical work related to Cost of Goods (COGS) methodology and standardization. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cost structures, manufacturing operations, and cross‑site collaboration in a complex, global environment.

The intern will work closely with Network Operations and site teams to understand current approaches, support the development of standardized methodologies, and assist with driving consistency across manufacturing locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn and document the standard methodology used to structure Cost of Goods (COGS) across Network Operations.

  • Analyze current approaches and support the development of a standardized COGS methodology.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites to:

    • Understand existing conversion cost methodologies

    • Support alignment and standardization of conversion cost calculations

  • Assist with documentation, data analysis, and presentation of findings.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve clarity, consistency, and scalability of cost methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Graduating between December 2026 – May 2028

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to understand and work with quantitative and operational data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

  • Detail‑oriented with an interest in operational efficiency and cost transparency.

Other requirements

  • ·Candidate must be able to work full-time (40 hours/ week) Monday-Friday ~8am-5pm for the duration of the program.

  • Internship is anticipated to be 12 weeks duration.

  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future. Work authorization documentation will be required during the application process.

  • *The position is based in Warren, NJ and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
