Job Description

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative intern to support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. This role offers hands-on experience in product management, and go-to-market execution within Canada’s dynamic insurance sector. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in our product suite.

What will you do?

  • Compile and organize information about processes, existing product features, potential new products, and improvements to existing products.
  • Support the update of product collateral, forms and advisor resources.
  • Modify designs under supervision to maximize product efficiency and product quality.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating product disclosures, facts and regulatory filings ensuring all materials comply with current regulatory requirements. 
  • Support the writing of test plans that measure product quality, feasibility, cost control and appearance.
  • Be a key part of a project working team responsible for the delivery of key pieces of work that include creation and coordination of product collateral, web content updates, training and support material.
  • Support the creation of business cases for new products or initiatives, including financial projections, risk assessments, and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Previous experience working with a Financial/Insurance Institution

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or 
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00
