This requisition is for an RTX intern converting to FT hire upon graduation.

Raytheon has an immediate opening for a Engineering Services Analyst I.  This role will support challenging product support projects on the Patriot Missile Support Center (PMSC) Team. This position will have emphasis on supporting a suite of products within the logistics department, including logistics data,  Patriot Information Management System (PIMS) and Patriot Missile Facility (PMF) systems used for Logistics and Reliability Data collection (EDCS). This position will be onsite in Fullerton, CA.

What You Will Do

  • Support a wide array of duties supporting logistic engineering with limited supervision and collaborating with peers and internal customers.
  • Create accurate logistics products based on source documents that include specifications, Military standards, vendor data and engineering data.
  • Developing requirements document, design and supporting software and database engineers to implement advanced new applications.
  • Develop complex database queries or procedures that improve data analysis efficiency.
  • Document database application procedures and create user guides. This includes creating technical specifications, user manuals, and process documentation that meets industry compliance requirements
  • Review technical data and collection of logistic data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
  • Work with previously written code and make modifications as necessary.
  • Ensure software performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Participate in software design reviews, code reviews, and system integration activities.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
  • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
  • Experience with Oracle database experience, SQL and Database Management
  • Experience with Python or Java

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Advanced experience with queries, database management and creation, and comparative analyses of data.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with frequent customer contact and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to develop required data from wide variety of sources and integrate into a single database, and with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
  • Ability to grasp and contribute to complex software and analytical concepts.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 118,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
