Interns will work on teams to solve a problem identified as critical to innovation, technology development, and continuous improvement. The final week of the internship will be spent preparing a professional presentation based on the solution developed. Potential project areas include:
Design and Engineering Development
Testing Systems and Controls
Project Management and Planning
What You Will Learn
Interns will learn through on-the-job experiences working with aerospace engineers and other interns. They will learn in workshops and other professional development events.
Qualifications You Must Have *
o Must be currently enrolled at the NAF Academy – Hartford Public High School or Engineering and Green Technology or Pathways
o Rising High School Senior or Junior
o Minimum of a 2.5 GPA
o Commitment to all dates and times of the internship
o Must be at least 16 years of age

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
