The Role:

Will support the critical reagents group activities across the Biomolecular and Molecular assay teams.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams for protein analysis, qualification, and management of the critical reagents. The role is an in-person laboratory-based position located in Norwood, MA.  This position will run from July 13th-December 11th, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the role.

Here's What You’ll Do:

  • Routine Biophysical Characterization (LCMS, SDS-PAGE, cIEF, SPR, BLI, SEC-HPLC, SEC-MALS, UV-VIS) to support reagent performance evaluation and documentation.

  • ELN documentation for all the Lab activities.

  • Help maintain a database of Reference standards/reagents, including their specifications, source, usage, and expiration dates.

  • Learn Implementation of the policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reagent-specific risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in critical reagent management and implement the best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or Graduate program in Protein Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioengineering, Computational Biology, or related field.

  • Coursework or hands‑on experience with at least one of the following: peptide/proteins, aptamer-antibody-based conjugation systems for DNA, RNA, and antibodies. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Learn how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear scientific communication with figures/tables suitable for non‑expert audiences.

The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $60.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
